On 09/28/2013 the show *A Glance on Dance* , performed by the jomdance company, premiered in the Hugenottenhalle, Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt am Main.
The full-length show, choreographed by Said el Amir, presented oriental RnB, socio-political-critical dance, rap and street dance as well as fantasy dances with veils or the so-called tribal fusion, merging from Arabic folklore to contemporary oriental dance as naturally and fluently as possible.
Approx. 350 guests saw a brilliant show with numerous highlights, perfect light and sound as well as artistic performances whose professional level also convinced the who's who guests of the oriental and contemporary dance styles.
The show was filmed in TV quality with 9 cameras. In addition to some audience voices directly after the show, interviews with the protagonists, the soloists, the lighting technician and last but not least the choreographer, Said el Amir, can be found in the making-of area of the DvD.
